This malicious program exploits vulnerability CVE-2006-3677.
Mozilla Firefox is prone to a remote code-execution vulnerability. If you use it in a web page Java would reference properties of the window.navigator object as it started up. The flaw exists when assigning specific values to the window.navigator object. If the page replaced the navigator object before starting Java then the browser would crash in a way that could be exploited to execute arbitrary machine code. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the user must visit a malicious page.
Affected Versions:
RedHat Enterprise Linux WS 3
RedHat Enterprise Linux ES 3
RedHat Enterprise Linux AS 3
Mozilla Firefox < 1.5.0.5
Mozilla SeaMonkey < 1.0.3
